No More Bullies!
Imagine. Create. Share.
Since 2008, the Kids4Kids My Story Creation annual story writing and illustration competition has provided primary students across Hong Kong with a creative platform that enables the budding writers and artists to imagine, create and share their stories.
This story was written and illustrated by kid(s) who participated in the Kids4Kids annual 'My Story Creation competition'. We hope to celebrate all the kids who used their creativity and imagination to create a story by giving them an opportunity to custom print their story, and be able to share and inspire other kids to create their own story.
Proceeds from the sale of this custom print story will help fund the Literacy Development Programmes at Kids4Kids to provide creative learning opportunities to low resourced communities in Hong Kong. By buying a Kids4Kids custom print story, you are not only applauding the future artists & authors of Hong Kong but you are also making a difference in a child’s life!

Once upon a time, there was a school called ‘Talent School'. A little boy called Marco was as tender as a girl, so all the boys and girls did not play with him. The girls' leader, Matilda always bullied him.

One day, Marco was reading a book about paper folding. Matilda saw him and laughed at him. "Haha! Marko is too girlish." Everyone laughed. Then, Matilda wrote ‘Marco is a girl' on the blackboard. Marco felt embarrassed. His face looked like an apple. He felt blue, too!

At night, Matilda saw a fairy. The fairy said, "Stop bullying Marco! He is so poor!' Matilda did not care about the dream. The next day, she continued to bully Marco. Marco's best friend Melody shouted, "Enough! You always bully him. You will be punished!" Marco and Melody went away.

That night, the fairy thought Marco was poor so she gave a magic wand to him. Marco did not use the magic wand because he did not want Matilda to feel sad and hate him more. The fairy wanted to help Marco, so she went to ‘Talent School'.

First, the fairy swung the magic wand and let Matilda's friends bully her. The fairy saw Matilda's face fall into lines of sadness. The fairy grimaced behind her.

Then, the fairy wrote ‘Matilda is a fool!' on the blackboard. Marco arrived at the classroom when the fairy was writing. Marco could see the fairy and he saw Matilda crying. He went to Matilda and comforted her. Then, the fairy disappeared. Marco looked for the fairy everywhere.

Marco saw the fairy and shouted at her, ‘You can't bully her. She is very miserable!' The fairy answered, "She bullied you first! I just want her to receive a lesson!"

Marco went back to Matilda. He said, ‘Are you alright?' Matilda replied, "Sorry, I was wrong! I know how you felt before! Can we be friends now?" Marco nodded and smiled. Marco and Matilda became good friends.
